Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Telysia Jewellery purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn
• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty

How to Return:

• Contact us to initiate a return
• You're responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using tracked shipping

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Faulty Items:

• Contact us immediately with photos
• We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
